The directory is a visibility platform created by the Female Tech Leaders Community* to help event organisers discover women in Tech and AI who speak or want to start speaking. It acts as a bridge between speakers and organisers.

Find your name in the list of nominated speakers.

1. Click “Claim Profile.”

2. Sign in with your Gmail account. This is required only to access and manage your profile.

   Review and update your information (topics, bio, expertise, etc.).

3. Publish your profile so it becomes visible in the directory.

Once your profile is claimed, you can edit or update it anytime.

Each profile is linked to the speaker’s LinkedIn account, so organisers can contact speakers directly through LinkedIn.

Do you share my email with organisers?
No. Your email is never shared with organisers or anyone else.
The profile is connected to your LinkedIn account, which is how organisers can reach you.

No. This is not a speaker agency or bureau. The directory simply increases visibility and enables direct connections between organisers and speakers.

To access and manage your profile, sign-in currently requires a Gmail account. This is only used for authentication and account access. Your email is not visible in the directory and is not shared publicly. It is stored only as part of the Female Tech Leaders Community internal data for account access and management.

Yes. Once you claim your profile, you can update your information anytime.

Women working in Tech, AI, data, product, engineering, cybersecurity, startups, or related fields who speak — or want to start speaking at events, panels, conferences, podcasts, or workshops.
