Name, area of expertise, company or organisation name, and LinkedIn profile URL.

Why we collect it

To feature you in the Visible Women in Tech Directory, a publicly searchable directory that connects women experts in Tech and AI with media and event organisers.

Lawful basis

Your explicit consent is given at the point of form submission.

Who sees your data

Your name, expertise, company, and LinkedIn profile will be publicly visible on our directory. We do not display your email address publicly.

Data processors

Your form responses are collected via Google Forms (Google LLC) and synced to our directory platform Lovable. Both are used solely to operate the directory.

How long we keep it

We keep your listing active for as long as you consent. You may request removal at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
